Body Contouring Gel
E’lifexir Fitness Body Contouring Gel claims to help maximise your exercise routine, which for me is non-existant haha. Walking the dogs is about as good as it gets in that department for me. The gel is to be applied to target areas (such as legs, bum and tum) in the morning before exercise, and in the evening.
There is a slight floral scent to the gel, but it is not overpowering. The consistency doesn’t look like a gel when it is first squeezed out the tube, it looks and feels like more of a cream and absorbs into the skin quickly leaving no greasy or sticky feeling, meaning you can get dressed straight away – bliss!
I used this product for a week on my stomach and bum and can see a slight difference in the appearance of my skin. I believe my cellulite has reduced and my skin feels tighter and smoother.
Admittedly, I was slightly sceptical about this product, but I can definitely see a difference in my skin and I will use it when I am in the run-up to my next holiday.
Revitalising Leg Gel
The reason that I didn’t use the body contouring gel on my legs was because I was also trying this gel out at the same time.
I really love this product. My job often requires me to be on my feet and/or walking around all day. This gel is so soothing and has a cooling sensation on the skin.
The scent is similar to the body contouring gel and the consistency is also similar too. What I also loved about this product is that it leaves your legs feeling super soft too. I will definitely continue to use this.
Have you tried any E’Lifexir products? You can check them out here and they are also available at Holland and Barrett.
*Both of these products were gifted, but as always, opinions are my own.
